In Poland, over 170,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed every year (according to National Cancer Registry).
Among the OECD countries, we are the second one in terms of the percentage of patients over 65 years of age with at least two chronic diseases (according to Helath at Glance Europe 2022).
The European Commission estimates that around 40% of cancer cases are preventable. Effective cancer prevention strategies that can prevent diseases, save lives and reduce suffering are crucial (European Plan Against Cancer).

The Integrative Medicine Congress is the largest annual event organized by the Foundation – there, the best specialists and a large and interested audience can meet.
We host extraordinary speakers from Poland and other countries. The all-day convention includes lectures and workshops, and achieves great success in providing participants with valuable, scientifically proven knowledge. This event is part of the organization’s permanent activity. In 2020–2021, the „Be in Full Health” Congress was held on-line. Coming events will be held in the hybrid version.
The Congress is organized periodically – once a year.
It gets more popular every year, attracting more and more people and partners. Holistic approach to health is becoming increasingly popular and raises curiosity.

The theme of the 5th Congress of Integrative Medicine “Be Fully Healthy” of the Małgosia Braunek’s “Be” Foundation and the Legia Foundation will be health in the context of connections. Within us and with those outside – with others, with the environment, with the surrounding nature and the world. The substantive partner is the Institute of Psychoimmunology IPSI.
The congress will be held at the Legia stadium in Warsaw at Łazienkowska 3 Street, in the PREMIUM zone.
